One of Bollywood's most anticipated romantic drama – Tamasha – starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone is slated to release during Diwali 2015. Director Imtiaz Ali has released the photos from the film sets showcasing the chemistry of the lead pair – Ranbir-Deepika - in the exotic Mediterranean island Corsica, belonging to France.

Tamasha revolves around Ranbir Kapoor's character (Ved) – a small town boy who has grown up in the world of stories. He belongs to that world. He is not suited to the corporate rat-race. The film shows Kapoor's life in three stages–as a nine-year-old child, a 19-year-old adolescent and a 30-year-old adult from the corporate world with international exposure.

Deepika, who plays Tara is adventurous and free-spirited and meets Ved during a trip. Her quest in the movie is to remind Ranbir who he really is.

The movie Tamasha is one of the most anticipated Diwali releases of 2015 because of the combination of Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Imtiaz Ali, AR Rahman, Ravi Varman and Sajid Nadiadwala – all in a single film.

Imtiaz Ali and Ranbir and AR Rahman have worked together in the past in films including Rockstarr while Ranbir and Deepika star-cast is seen as Bollywood's most bankable lead pair. They have acted together in movies including Bachchna Ae Haseeno and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani previously.

In addition to Corsica, Tamasha has been filmed in Shimla and Tokyo too. Tamasha is scheduled to release on November 27th 2015.
