The Bollywood in Britain app will guide Indians on what to see and where to go in the UK while sharing "Bollywood trivia" related to that particular location.
It was launched at an event attended by British High Commissioner to India, Sir James Bevan and Bollywood celebs including "Queen" actress Kangana Ranaut, and actors Abhay Deol, Boman Irani and Tara Sharma among others.
Actress Kangana Ranaut was wearing a blue printed Dior dress and cleverly teamed it up with a British flag clutch by Alexander McQueen and red heels.
Meanwhile actress Tara Sharma posed in front of the iconic red telephone booth -a unique symbol of London and a prop in many Bollywood films.
"Bollywood-themed vacation in the UK? There's an app for that, said British High Commissioner to India, James Bevan on Twitter.
The first-of-its-kind app is developed by UK tourist board VisitBritain to help Indian tourists visiting Britain engage with UK's iconic locations through the context of Bollywood.
The app includes tourist-friendly features such as travel guide map, destination search, and recommendation, celeb stories and a "Love Wall". It also offers Indian visitors the feature to share their just discovered Bollywood-Britain trivia with their friends on Facebook and Twitter.
The app can be downloaded from the Google play - cick here
