Trisha Krishnan played the beautiful and strong character Hemanika in Ajith-starrer blockbuster Yennai Arindhaal in 2015. Her performance won several hearts and now the actress has bagged the prestigious Provoke award for Best Actress for her memorable role in Yennai Arindhaal.
33-year-old Trisha looked ravishing in a peach coloured outfit styled by designer Shravya Varma to collect her Provoke award. Trisha’s glowing complexion was further accentuated by kohl-eyed make-up and mocha-brown tousled chic hair. The actress took to Twitter to thank Provoke for honouring her with the award and said the awards event was a “fun evening”.
Meanwhile, actress Shruti Hassan was awarded the Provoke Lifestyle Youth Icon award for her influence on style and substance on the youth today. For the awards evening, Shruti Hassan wore a chic and shiny Sharnita Nandwana outfit.
The 29-year-old actress was seen socializing with a dapper-looking Rana Daggubati at Provoke awards night.
Rana Daggubati’s Bahubali won the Best Movie award. He was also honoured with Sensational Star of the Year award.
Actress and talented dancer Shobana – a Padmashri awardee - treated the audience to a spell-binding performance at Chennai Crowne Plaza for the awards event, and was chosen to honour Shruti and Trisha.
