South Indian actor Trisha Krishnan has walked out of the film Saamy 2 – called Saamy Square – citing creative differences. Saamy 2 (Saamy Square) is the sequel to the blockbuster film Saamy starring Vikram and Trisha in 2003.

Trisha Krishnan is no longer a part of Saamy 2 cast

Saamy Square stars Vikram, Prabhu, Bobby Simha, Keerthy Suresh and Soori. Trisha was due to reprise her Saamy character Bhuvana Aaru Saamy - paired with Vikram.

On October 23rd, Trisha took to Twitter to announce her departure from Saamy Square which she referred to as Saamy 2. But the 34-year-old actress wished the team "good luck". The full details of her departure is not known.

Trisha was last seen in the 2016 film Kodi, playing the critically-acclaimed role of Rudhra. The actor is currently busy with many projects including her Malayalam debut with Nivin Pauly called Hey Jude directed by Shyamaprasad. Trisha is also busy with new endorsements (such as Gokul Santol) and social work projects

It appears that Trisha continues to focus on the positives and shared a collage picture of Diwali celebrations last week with friends.

It is not yet known who will replace Trisha's character in Saamy Square.
