Priyanka Chopra is 2017's sexiest Asian woman; Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and Mahira Khan in top 5

Deepika Padukone, this year, has been voted third sexiest woman behind Priyanka and Nia Sharma. Nia Sharma is small screen star who holds the top spot in the Asia's sexiest television star for 2017. 

Rising Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt made it to number 4 in the list and Pakistani actor Mahira Khan is in fifth position. Television actor Drashti Dhami was voted sixth in the list. Katrina Kaif, Shraddha Kapoor, Gauahar Khan made it to top ten. Bollywood's ladies Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma, Athiya Shetty, Esha Gupta all made it to the sexiest Asian women list 2017.

Priyanka Chopra acknowledged the honour and said it is all genetics, thanking her parents. Priyanka, through her influence in arts and entertainment field in America, her influential philanthropic work, her responsible outlook, her voice for gender equality and children, especially girls' rights has made her inspiring and a respected youth icon.

 The editor of Eastern Eye said: "For me your humility & being a global symbol for girl power is your sexiest quality."

He said the 2017 list is based on votes, media coverage, social media heat and impact. The annual list from Eastern Eye is in its 14th year founded by its entertainment editor Asjad Nazir.
