Pics: Koffee with Karan season 4 to feature Salman, Deepika, Priyanka

Karan Johar released an official music video for Koffee with Karan season 4 with the theme -- “Behind The Scenes, Beneath The Sheets!”

The new season will be aired at prime-time on December 1 with actor Salman Khan, wearing a blue jacket, black shirt and jeans, as the first guest. The trailer of Koffee with Karan new season shows Salman Khan explaining why he held himself from appearing on the show until now. Host Karan Johar is also seen asking catty questions such as “how do you handle working with your ex-girlfriends”, “If you woke up in the morning and realised you were Katrina Kaif” etc.

Salman Khan is seen responding with a smile and silence and says: “Kuch bhi bolta hai yaar”… to the controversial questions.

Krrish 3 actress Priyanka Chopra will also appear on Koffee with Karan Season 4. But for the first time, she will share the couch with actress Deepika Padukone, who is riding on the success of three hit films this year. Both Priyanka and Deepika have appeared on the show previously but this is the first time they will be seen together. Deepika’s latest film Ram-Leela featured an item-song on Priyanka Chopra bringing the two actresses together for the first time.

“And it's wrap on some fabulous Koffee.. Thank u @deepikapadukone for having my back and @karanjohar for having us,” said actress Priyanka Chopra on Twitter and posted a picture on Instagram.

Both actresses looked lovely in black and white ensembles, simple make-up and similar hair-styles. They posed alongside each other with Karan Johar standing at the back.  

In her previous appearance on the show, Deepika Padukone criticised her ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor and made bold claims against him. Likewise, in her appearance with Shahid Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra too made some eyebrow-raising comments against Kareena Kapoor.

Fans hope to catch the two leading actresses on Koffee with Karan Season 4’s fifth episode.

Meanwhile, yesteryear Bollywood rivals Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla will also make a joint appearance on the show. While Madhuri dazzled in a beige saree with gold embellishments and pink blouse, Juhi Chawla was elegant in a pink and blue high-collar anarkali.

The show began in 2004 and has been popular with Bollywood fans, especially youngsters in India. It is known for its spicy, candid and sometimes controversial conversations.

Koffee with Karan has featured several celebrity guests including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee, Ajay Devgn and others in the last three seasons.
