At that time, two Indian men Carvalho, 48, and D'Souza, 37 faced charges of grievous sexual assaults and culpable homicide at Goa’s Children Court. But now Carvalho and D’Souza have been cleared of all charges.

It is reported that the British teenager suffered 50 separate injuries in the brutal attack.
