IIFA (International Indian Film Academy Awards ) 2017 night kicked off in New Jersey with dynamic duo- Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan – host the ceremony with quick wit and jokes along with controversial statements, one-liners and camaraderie. Among the memorable performances, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput stunned the audience with their live dance.

- Best Actor (Female) – Alia Bhatt for Udta Punjab
- Best Actor (Male) – Shahid Kapoor for Udta Punjab
