Kamala Aithal is the founder of Poiesis Risk Solutions, a consulting firm that provides risk management services such as developing risk policy, training, risk audit and market advisory services to corporates.
Prior to launching Poiesis, Kamala was the head of the Treasury sales at Barclays Corporate, India. Previously, she was heading the western region Treasury Sales at ICICI Bank, India. Prior to that, Kamala was the chief operating officer of Mecklai Financial, a consulting firm specialising in foreign exchange and money market advisory.
Kamala writes opinion articles about economics, markets, forex and finance and is a regular contributor to India News Bulletin's Wisonomics column.
