Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in the UK for London 2012 Olympic Games
“Hi Folks, I have completed my days at the Ayurvedic centre and feel good.!!! Now on my way to London for the opening ceremony of Olympics..” he said on his Facebook page. The actor has been undergoing Ayurveda treatment.
The actor and producer posted two pictures of himself and his wife at the London 2012 Olympic venues including one picture of him enjoying a tennis competition, on the social media site.
He also posted another picture of the couple just outside the hotel under the caption: “warming up… London 2012”.
The actor arrived in London just on time for the opening ceremony.
In July, Mohanlal won the critics’ award for best actor for his role in Malayalam movie Pranayam at Kerala State Film Awards 2011. The film’s director Blessy bagged the best director award for the romantic drama which also stars Anupam Kher and Jaya Prada. Pranayam is inspired by Australian film director Paul Cox’s film Innocence released in 2000.
Mohanlal also congratulated India's ace shooter Gagan Narang for winning a bronze medal at the 10m air rifle competition.
"Gagan Narang wins Bronze in the 10m Air Rifle !! Congratulations to Gagan Narang for bringing home an Olympic medal! Proud to be an Indian!!! Jai Hind.." he said on social media sites Twitter and Facebook.
