Padmavati Official Trailer is here! See Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh exude grandeur

Unsurprisingly, within hours of release, Padmavati's official trailer has garnered nearly 3.5 million views. The film brings back to screen one of Bollywood's most loved onscreen pair Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh after their successful films including Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani.

Padmavati marks Deepika Padukone's return to the silver screens after a break of nearly 2 years.

Ranveer Singh who is seen playing a wild Turkic leader of Delhi Sultanate Alauddin Khilji is not seen delivering any dialogues but speaks with actions.

Deepika Padukone is seen as an elegant and strong Rani Padmini, wife of Rawal Ratan Singh (played by Shahid Kapoor). Padmavati's star cast also includes Aditi Rao Hydari who plays Kamala Devi.
