Dum Laga ke Haisha actor Ayushmann Khurrana his philanthropic side as he took part in the “No TV day”. The Bollywood actor spent the day with underprivileged children at ST Catherine Home in Mumbai.

The Vicky Donor actor sang his hit songs along with the children, interacted with them and pampered them by sharing chocolates and sweets with them while promoting the No TV campaign.

The campaign was aimed at encouraging young kids to take a break from the television set to partake in more outdoor group activities that bring children closer to their families and each other.

In this age of smartphone explosion and social media obsession, young children are spending more time on digital activities such as playing video games, watching television and spending time on computer activities than on outdoor physical activities or pursuing traditional hobbies such as coin collection or painting or music lessons.

The actor, still basking in the glory of success of superhit film Dum Laga ke Haisha, is currently filming for his next project – Agra ka Daabra.
